My guest is Melody Woolf from Kalamazoo Michigan. Melody suffered from a number of conditions that gave her excruciating chronic pain including fibromyalgia and spinal stenosis. She was mostly home-bound and had to use a wheelchair, walker, and opiates to get her through the day. She discovered kratom six years ago and now walks, bikes, and makes up for time with her children lost to her prior condition. She’s also an awesome kratom activist and can be found on twitter @MelodyHope5. This is her kratom story.

So inspiring to find other kratom users out there who get great pain relief from kratom, especially with so many painful medical conditions. I was lucky. For me, opiates worked. But I got addicted to them quickly, so kratom came to my rescue. For me, kratom gives 100% pain relief, but for someone with so many agonizing conditions 75% pain relief is noteworthy. Keep up the good fight, advocating for this wonderful medicine that is much maligned in the popular media. People aren’t injecting, snorting, or rectally administering kratom, they never were. How anyone can say otherwise is just ridiculous.
